UFS staff

Lisa joined UFS in February 2005 where she handled individual cases and representation.

As of November 2007, Lisa's new role as an Assistant National Organiser involves being responsible for the profile of UFS, recruitment and organisation of the representational structure across the UK.

Lisa regularly travels to branches and members' work places. Lisa also deals with a number of employers, including those with whom we have partnership agreements, and is actively involved in major reorganisations.

Lisa holds an NVQ in level two Customer Service and has just recently passed a Trainer Assessment Programme in March 2008. In her spare time Lisa is a qualified pool lifeguard and enjoys all aspects of sport.
